    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the package to expedite the return process.

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item received.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Kicksity will not be responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.
  4. Inspection and Refunds:
    • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and compliance with the return policy.
    • If the item meets the return criteria, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
    • Please note that the refunded amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
